    Thursday, March 12th. 6pm - 8pm  |  DoodleVines Winery & Event Center
    A cellar tasting hosted by Phil featuring hand-selected, aged wines from across the globe pulled straight from the cellar. Kick off Washington Wine Month with a special evening dedicated to the beauty of aged wine and the stories they hold. Time In a Bottle with a Blast From the Past is a cellar experience hosted by NHV and Doodlevines, featuring a collective selection of wines from both Naches Heights Vineyard and Phil’s personal cellar — a collection built over decades in the wine industry, with bottles from California, Italy, France, and beyond.
    Adding to the experience, this even features heavy gourmet appetizers from the chef of Gasperetti’s Restaurant, designed to pair beautifully with these library wines.
    Throughout the night, enjoy blind wine tastings and wine trivia for prizes, adding a fun and lively twist to the experience.
    Expect a fun, relaxed atmosphere filled with wine lovers, industry friends, and great conversation. This is a night to taste, learn, compare, and celebrate the journey of wine across regions, vintages, and decades of Phil’s career.
