    Wine Country Food Focused
    • Visit Gilbert Cellars and ease into Spring Vibes with fresh sips, food, and good company. Taste Carménère from barrel and sample a new Gilbert Spring wine release. Wine is the excuse. Community is the reason.
    • Winery Hours: Friday and Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. 

    Spring Barrel Tasting will be only tasting available all weekend. Non-Club: $25, Club members: $15. Fee waived with 3+ bottle purchase.

    4. 24 Allobroges 
    5. Barrel Pour: 2024 Carménère (2023 Carménère is our New Release)
    SAGERAT SATURDAY- Dusty will be pouring Sagerat in the Winery from 11-5pm Saturday. (Sagerat is his label he makes here.)
    Friday, Buen Taco food truck, 2 pm to 7pm. Birria so good it should come with a warning label.          

    Saturday, La Combi Taqueria, 11 am to 6 pm. Handmade tortillas, marinated meats, and award-winning flavor, La Combi is Yakima taco culture at its finest.

    • Sunday,Tandem Unicycle, 11 am to 4 pm Combining culinary passion with local ingredients.
