    Women’s Self Defense Seminar (Ages 12+)

    Join Canyon River Ranch Lodge for an empowering and practical women’s self-defense seminar designed for ages 12 and up. This hands-on class focuses on building awareness, confidence, and real-world skills to help you stay safe in a variety of situations.
    Learn essential techniques for personal protection, including situational awareness, boundary setting, verbal de-escalation, and effective physical self-defense strategies.
    Whether you’re a beginner or have prior experience, this seminar is tailored to meet you where you are in a supportive and encouraging environment.
    Our goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, more prepared, and more confident in your everyday life.
    Cost: $10 donation to HopeSource to support women’s services. 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm.
