  Build a Wooden Flower Bed at Yakima Maker Space - Ready to start gardening? In this hands-on, two-day workshop, you'll build your own raised garden bed from start to finish while learning basic woodworking skills along the way. Instructor David Douglas will guide you through measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing your project using common shop tools and techniques. By the end of the class, you'll leave with a completed raised garden bed ready for your backyard, patio, or community garden.
  This class is perfect for beginners—no prior woodworking experience is required. All materials and tools are provided. 6 pm to 8 pm.
