The Yakima Valley is where hop growers and brewers rub shoulders in the field and in the taproom. Some of our brewers are hop growers themselves. This means that innovation in producing exceptional hops, including exciting, experimental varieties fuels creativity in the breweries. We get to taste that innovation at the tap! What We Pour

Yakima Valley brewers love to experiment and many of their experimental craft beers are only available on tap at the breweries. Each brewery also serves up their house specialties and signature, seasonal craft beers on rotation. So, tour more than a dozen breweries around Yakima and sample everything from Northwest-inspired double IPAs, hazy pale ales and fruity sours to earthy, dark lagers, barrel aged stouts, fresh and classic lagers and wild, fruit-infused ales.
